"Good quality overall, but not totally perfect"
I ordered a few things from naturalisticproducts.co.uk for the first time and I’ve got mixed feelings, but mostly positive. The quality was genuinely good, everything felt fresh, well made, and not cheap or flimsy at all. I was a bit unsure about trying somewhere new, and while it wasn’t a completely flawless experience, I’d probably order from them again based on the products themselves

"Seems legit, but the packaging threw me off a bit"
The product itself looks genuine and works as expected, but the packaging felt a little different compared to my last order. I’ve bought similar items from other sellers before, and their packaging was usually more consistent, so that made me pause a bit. Overall it seems fine, I’m just not 100% sure.

"Hair feels nicer after a few washes"
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 3 weeks now, and to be fair, my hair does feel softer and not as dry. It’s not some miracle fix or anything, but it’s definitely helped. Delivery was fine too, no real complaints there. I knocked a star off because the bottle is small for the price, you can’t blame me for expecting a bit more.

I’ve been on the subscription for a few months now and it’s been easy, my stuff shows up when it’s supposed to and I don’t have to keep reminding myself to place another order which is nice because I’d definitely forget.
I did need to move the delivery date once and that was simple enough, the packaging has been fine too with no leaks or weird issues, so overall I’m happy to keep using it.

"Fair shipping and no annoying extra fees"
I ordered from naturalisticproducts.co.uk and was relieved the shipping cost was fair. I get so fed up when you go through all the effort of adding everything to your basket, filling in details, and then delivery suddenly makes the total ridiculous at the last step, but that didn’t happen here.
The package arrived fine and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off on postage. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated because I really can’t be bothered with loads of unnecessary steps when I’m just trying to place an order. Would order again, 5 stars from me.

I had to send one item back because I picked the wrong size, and it was really straightforward. Customer service got back to me clearly, the return was easy to sort out, and the refund showed up faster than I thought it would. Based on this experience, they seem reliable overall, so I’d be happy to order from them again

One of my items turned up damaged, which was a bit disappointing, it looked like it had just taken a bash in the post. I emailed Naturalistic Products with a couple of photos and they got back to me quickly, basically saying something like, “No worries, we’ll get that sorted for you.”
They sent a replacement out straight away and didn’t make it awkward or ask a load of unnecessary questions. The new one arrived a few days later totally fine. Really fair way to handle it, and I’d be happy to order from them again.

"Loads of stuff to pick from"
They had a decent range of stuff, not just the same boring crap you see everywhere else. I had a good browse, found what I needed without messing about, and it didn’t take forever like some places do. I’ll probably use them again when I run out.
